RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you’ll love your TutuLA Beauty order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product.

Returned items must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered an exchange or refund will be offered. In the event you are entitled to a replacement carriage charges will not apply.

All returns are evaluated before being processed.

Please note that:

· Parcels are returned at your own cost.

· Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method.

· It can take up to 5 working days from receipt into our warehouse for your refund to be processed.

· We strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of posting or tracking number, as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
